Who Are We?

We’re a happy team of designers and developers who want to make the internet a better (and prettier) place, one site at a time.

Cara Jo

Cara Jo currently holds a position at the Detroit Media Partnership as Senior Web Designer. She designs and codes 24/7. Cara love’s bold colors, sharp contrast and very clean, simple and easy to use web sites. She’s disgusted with things from 1998 and Comic Sans.

Cara Jo loves to perfect everything she does, she always wants to be up to date with technologies, practices and design styles.

When she’s not coding or designing she’s drinking Slurpees, enjoying Mexican food, harassing her two cats, and driving really fast in her Volkswagen around Detroit. She would never imagine doing all of these at once (however any activity is better when accompanied by a Slurpee.)

Cara Jo is based out of Clawson, MI.

Jeremy Fry

Obsessed with developing, Jeremy spend most of his days wondering why scripts don’t work. Often he concludes that the scripts didn’t get enough sleep the previous night and woke up rather cranky. A 15 minute nap in the repository usually freshens them up enough to realize how unmanageable they are being, at which point they straighten themselves out and compile as they should have first thing in the morning.

Jeremy has a strong love (maybe addiction) to Mt. Dew. He has tried to ween himself off to things like 130% real juice or bottled water from the foot of a mountain where the water is so fresh that it begs to be bottled and sent across the world so people can enjoy its freshness, but alas the sweet taste of Mt. Dew draws him back.

Jared Saverino
Copy Editor
Jared Saverino

Founder and Project Developer for Belvedere Inc of Detroit, Michigan where he designs and consults in today’s leading Metaverse applications. Clear, engaging text and communication are his passion.

Jared’s greatest wish is to one day visit the moon for less than $5.00. He currently has about $4.00 in his pocket which often makes his 2nd love, modern gastronomy rather difficult to fully enjoy. The resulting stress is often alleviated through the devoted practice of Kung Fu and defensive ass-kickery. Physical exhaustion is his secret to enjoying the little details of the great big universe. He was once the drummer in a rock band but that was a long time ago.

Jared must ALWAYS sit on the Left-hand side of the dinner table. He’s not picky, just shamefully Left-handed.
